This luxury property consists of 2 units: the main villa and a seperate guesthouse. You can only rent this property as a whole. Both houses are seperated by a courtyard. There are 2 lovely terraces at the property which both have views over the Dubrovnik city walls and/or the sea. The lower terrace is ideal for having your breakfast in the morning or a relaxed lunch, there is natural shade from the roof-terrace vegetation. The upper terrace is at the same level as the pool, great effort has been given to the design of this pool terrace. You will feel right at home under the palm trees and oleanders.

On the gound floor you will find a stylish modern kitchen which is connected by glass double doors to a large open-plan dining and living room. This living room gives out onto a large terrace with lovely sea views. On the backside of this ground floor is a well equipped gym with small shower/steam room.

On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of these bedrooms has it's own private terrace.
The second floor has 2 double bedrooms which share a seperate bathroom.

The guesthouse consists of 2 apartments, each of which has a living room, a small kitchenette and a seperate bathroom. One apartment has 1 double bedroom on the first floor, the other has a double and a single bedroom on the first floor. The small livingrooms on the ground floor are set up with sofabeds which could sleep another 3 persons each.

This villa is located just a stone worp away from the old town and the beach. It is all within walking distance, in fact, a car would not be advised to use to go to the beach or the town.
