This stylish villa has a beautiful large garden and BBQ area. Decorated with elegance, this large property is the perfect destination for a family. Additionally, with its central location, this villa is ideal as a jumping off point to visit many islands and villages of the area.

As you enter through the gates you find yourself in a large walled garden with an entryway protected by UNESCO. The entryway is still original and dates back from the time that Dubrovnik was a flourishing trade-power competing with Venice. The garden is planted with palm trees, pine rees and more tropical vegetation.

Your wedding reception can be as unique as you are. At Villa Lapad we provide wedding couples tremendous flexibility. Since our grounds are already beautiful, you will not have to budget nearly as much for decorations as you would for an empty hall or banquet room.
Evenings are a special time at the villa. During daylight hours the villa's wonderful gardens are captivating but in the evening the landscape lighting adds to the romance and intemacy of your very special and memorable wedding reception. This villa is ideal for outdoors wedding ceremonies and/or dinners up to maximum 70 guests. There are 3 churches in the old town of Dubrovnik within a 10 minute drive.

Upon arrival at the villa a welcome gift of homemade brandy will await you. You will have plenty or fresh towels and a second set of clean linens at your disposal. The maintenance of the garden area is of course taken care of as well. As of 2012 a pool will be added to this villa property.

Rental fees are due: 30% when reservations are confirmed, 70% 2 weeks prior to arrival. A security/damage deposit is required if you hold an event at the property: 700 euro for the villa & Wedding Garden, which is due 30 days prior to your event and will be refunded the latest 30 days after the event.

Additional wedding-related services we can organise for your wedding at the villa are: hair and make up at the villa - catering for a formal dinner or an informal BBQ - villa wedding decoration - photography - wedding day assistant.

Once you reach the end of the magestical entryway you will see a small villa to the left. The villa is completely renovated but still in keeping with the old style, for example, the outside has not been altered at all. The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, (a maximum of 6 persons can sleep here) 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living/dining room. There is an outdoors terrace bordering the garden. A pool is not present yet but there are plans to have this finished by 2012, but we cannot confirm to you when that will be exactly.

On the gound floor you will find a modern kitchen which is connected to a large dining and living room. This living room gives out onto a large terrace and the gardens.

On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom with shower.
The second floor has 1 double bedroom under the roof with a large ensuite bathroom with shower and bath.

The garden is completely bordered by high walls, this is a completely private garden and a very safe area for children to play at. The garden in the front of the house is divided in four by the entryway, there is a second wild garden at the back of the house.
There are two terraces: one terrace is located on a higher level (one floor up) which gives out on the bay of Lapad and has fabulous sea views, the second terrace borders the villa.

This villa is located just a stone worp away from the harbour in Lapad. This villa sits directly opposite the marina and guests can benefit from sailing and boating excursions to the stunning islands of southern Croatia that are found nearby.
