The ideal ceremony location would be this outdoors terrace with guests seated facing the sea side. The bride can walk down the aisle starting from the villa towards the sea. The length of this aisle is 19 meters.

The villa has a large front-side terrace which stretches all over the width of the property, which is approx. 25 meters wide. This terrace is elevated compared to the street and sea level, you are actually 1.5 floors above those. When you enter the large gate you first have to climb up about 25 steps, after which the villa's terrace opens up to your right. This height difference not only provides a lovely view but more importantly a real sense of privacy, because you can see the bay and the people in the streets, yet they cannot see much of the terrace.

Apart from the bathrooms, the inside of the villa is not included in the rental fee which is to be paid to hold an event here. The villa is government property and currently houses some offices for a lucky few.

Located right at the first line, there are no other buildings between this villa and the sea. Behind it the mountain goes steep up and nothing but greenery can be found.
There are properties to the left and right yet they are not close and also not intrusive in any way.

This villa is located in the middle of the bay of Cavtat, allowing the most panoramic views.
