They will welcome you in person, offer you their home made food and beverages and will make you and your family feel at home within minutes.

The perfect villa for smaller wedding parties who like to get married in the garden or at the panoramic view point, have a drinks reception by the pool followed by a traditional wedding dinner in your own private restaurant. The food is biological and made of all natural ingredients grown in neighboring gardens and farms.
No need to worry about high beverage costs, as 1/2 liter of wine and 1/2 liter of homemade biological juice are already included in the menu price. There is even no need to spend extra money on music as you get a high quality sound system at your disposal free of charge.
Villa Konavle is ideal for outdoors wedding ceremonies and/or dinners up to maximum 50 guests. There is 1 monastery and chapel within a 10 minute drive and the churches in Cavtat and Dubrovnik are a 20 or 40 minute drive away.

Upon arrival at the villa a warm family welcome will await you. Housekeeping will come to refresh the towels 3 times per week. Every morning the pool and BBQ's are cleaned, the garden area is of course taken care of as well.

Rental fees are due: 30% when reservations are confirmed, 70% via bank wire 2 weeks prior to arrival or in cash upon arrival. A security/damage deposit of 500 euro is required which is to be paid cash upon arrival.

This peaceful stone villa has 3 floors. the Ground floor features the restaurant, the first floor the largest apartment which sleeps 5 and the second floor a smaller apartment which sleeps 4. There is a large garden, a pool, an open veranda and a view point to enjoy during all those relaxing moments you'll be "home" at the villa.

On the ground floor is the private villa restaurant with lovely stone walls and wooden beams on the ceiling. The restaurant is laid out with wooden tables and benches to complete the rustical look. The frontal large gate can be openend to maximise the panoramic view.

The stairs lead you to the front door on the first floor where you will find 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 single bedroom and an open plan kitchen / living room.
The second floor has 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and one with 2 single beds) under the roof with a small kitchenette and dining table. These can be reached by an outdoors staircase which also passes by a small terrace.

The garden is all around the villa. The swimming pool is the main feature which is bordered by a sundeck, a poolside terrace and a covered patio with a small shop selling local sweets, wines and liquors. Behind the villa a pathway will lead you to the view point.

This villa is located in Konavle, which is the region close to the airport. Konavle is famous for its good food, agriculture and still unpoilt rural lifestyle.
