WEDDING SERVICES
Couples that choose to have a wedding abroad, or a destination
wedding if you like, need a few extra services they normally
would not require at home, such as help with the legal and/
or religious procedures. We have basic packages that incorporate
us assisting you with all paperwork. Next to the basic packages,
we offer following wedding related services:
Venues for a wedding ceremony or wedding reception
:: Help with the location choices available: ceremony locations,
churches, dinner locations.. we give you our objective opinions
about the many options in Dubrovnik
Wedding day transportation
:: Transportation on your wedding day: can be with a boat,
an old timer cabriolet, limosine, bus or car.
Live evening entertainment
:: Music: we work with a live rock band, a Jazz band, a trio, klapa music, guitar soloist, organist, string quartet and classical
trio.
Wedding menu
:: We have extensive wedding menu proposals for most venues in Dubrovnik, which
can be altered according to your wishes.
Wedding day video
:: A compilation of the best moments will be presented to
you with appropriate back ground music. You receive a dvd
with the compilation edited to your favorite songs, please
give us the songs on cd. All wedding day dvd will have an
introduction of the city of Dubrovnik, the video will be finished
3 weeks after the wedding.
Option 1: video for the wedding day ceremony only
Option 2: video for the complete wedding day, from the wedding
ceremony until well after cake cutting and dancing has started.
Wedding day photography
:: Our photographer will take many pictures, with a minimum
of 100 up to 600 pictures, depending on the length of the
wedding. All high resolution pictures will be delivered to
you on cd. Red eye removal and basic touch ups are included, as
well as some black and white and sepia (parchment style) pictures.
Option 1: photo for the wedding day ceremony only (2 hours).
Option 2: photo for the complete wedding day, from the wedding
ceremony until well after cake cutting and dancing has started.
Large leather album included.
Wedding flower decoration
:: Wedding day decorations: bridal bouquet, button hole, corsages,
wedding dinner table decoration, car decoration, ceremony
location decoration... we did it all. Request our catalogues
to view some work.
An inspection trip
:: You can count on me to help you during your inspection
trip.
I will introduce you to most suppliers or make the appointments
for you, let you hear the music choices, taste some wines,
organize a menu tasting and show you the best locations in
Dubrovnik. Please reserve 2 days for the inspection trip itself,
the remaining time you spend in Dubrovnik is for fun and relaxation.

:: We can advice you the best hair and make up artists, beauty
salons (note: no quick tanning available here) , baby sitter,
excursion companies...
