ELOPEMENT WEDDING PACKAGE FOR A SYMBOLIC WEDDING What can you expect from the Dubrovnik Riviera Wedding's team?

Issuing a symbolic wedding certificate.

Personalised help to find affordable private accommodation for you and your guests (if you bring any).

Supporting documents developed by us: full wedding budget, contract, wedding checklist, wedding day time table, paperwork to submit.

Unlimited email access and regular scheduled phone calls to keep up to date with latest changes.

Booking of all suppliers and making sure deposits are paid timely.

Pre-wedding meeting to answer questions and familiarize everybody with our schedule.

Wedding day presence to ensure a smooth flow of the day.

Fees for an officiant to be present at the ceremony. Our officiant speaks fluently Croatian, Spanish, Italian and English.

Ceremony table set up and a flower piece for the table. You may choose the style of these flowers from our extensive examples.

Wedding bouquet for the bride and button hole for the groom. You may choose the style of these flowers from our extensive examples.

Wedding toast: one bottle of delicious local sparkling wine to toast to your union!

Transportation: one car which will pick you up at your hotelroom or apartment and bring you to the ceremony location.

Photography: Taking pictures of the ceremony location and the surroundings, coverage of the ceremony itself, the congratulations after the ceremony, the champagne toast. Followed by aprivate photo shooting for the bride and the groom at different locations. All images delivered on USB, photo editing included (approx. 250 pictures). This covers 2 hours wedding photography. Extra! An online photo gallery is offered free of charge to showcase your wedding.

Handling of all documentation required to validate the civil wedding ceremony.

Registration of wedding and insuring that your wedding certificate is legalized at the Dubrovnik Court after marriage ceremony.

Sending all marriage certificates/documents via mail to your home address.

Personalised help to find affordable private accommodation for you and your guests. (if you bring any)

Supporting documents developed by us: full wedding budget, contract, wedding checklist, wedding day time table, paperwork to submit.

Unlimited email access and regular scheduled phone calls to keep up to date with latest changes.

Fees for an official interpreter to be present at the ceremony and to translate the English documents you will submit to us to Croatian. A small surcharge for other languages may occur.

Hair and make up: this costs from 85 to 100 euro depending on where we make the booking. We can also have the hair and make up artists come to your room.

One musician for the ceremony: is possible of course. You can choose the repertoire to be played (and we can help you with that). Count on spending 150 euro for a cello, violin, guitar or soprano singer.

Pick up from the airport: we can arrange your airport transfer from Dubrovnik airport for an average price of 40 euro.

The wedding dinner: we can help you with suggestions and booking a table.
