WEDDING DAY ASSISTANCE
Our Day-of Wedding Assistance Package entails the bride and groom taking care of all wedding arrangements. We are there to make sure the day of the wedding is carried out to your wishes. This package is designed for the “hands-on bride!

Things may happen on the day of your wedding that is simply unexpected. We're prepared so you don't have to be. Here are some of the services that we take care of on the wedding day:

• Assistance with pinning on corsages and boutonnieres
• Collection of items to be setup on Wedding Day (includes photographs, guest book, favors, toasting flutes, programs, menus, place cards, etc.)
• Distributing bouquets and flower girl petals, baskets, or pomanders
• Assisting and cueing musicians during the ceremony
• Making sure all candles are lit at the reception
• Answering all questions from guests and vendors
• Attending to guests with special needs
• Directing guest to the cocktail reception
• Assisting the Photographer, DJ/Band, Food & Beverage Manager to be ready for next set of events.
• Prompting the Bride and Groom before the next set of events so neither of you are caught off guard
• Decorating the honeymoon suite if the reception is at the same location
• We carry an emergency kit
• A timeline and contact sheet is made specifically for your wedding
• We offer support and genuine help to you and your family
• Answering etiquette questions, creative ideas, directions, vendor referrals, custom programs, assistance with music or reading selections, and much more

Please note that this package does not include assistance with legal requirements or paperwork that needs to be submitted before the wedding.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and begin services.
